It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Faith Stenning, long time friend of the Ligonier Highland Games and a wonderfully talented harper who helped found our celtic harping program. There will be a memorial service for Faith on Thursday, October 23rd at the First Unitarian Church, 605 Morewood Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213

Living History Representing Scottish military units, some of which served in the Pittsburgh region 250 years ago during the French and Indian Wars. Units attending this year include:

51st Highland Regiment (World War Two era)

Scottish livestock! Come and see the Highland Cows from Bill & Terrie Springer of Spring Run Farms in Mill Run. And the Shetland Ponies of Nancy Uhron from Simple Blessings Farm and Personal Ponies.
The Ceilidh follows at 7:00 pm at the Ramada Greensburg Some seats still available. Call us or stop at the HQ tent on the main field at the Games!
And on Sunday, September 21st there will be a Scottish church service at 10:45 AM at the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Ligonier, followed by a free concert on the Diamond downtown Ligonier at 1:00 PM in the Gazebo with the Seton Hill University Pipe Band.
